Lenoir City Utilities Board (LCUB)

Massey Electric’s Data Comm Division installed 170,000-ft of category 6 cabling in the new 180,000 square-feet Lenoir City Utilities Board headquarters. They also installed 11,000-ft of backbone fiber cabling to the network closets and added 76 wireless access points. Our crews ran backbone fiber from the new LCUB facility to the new event center across the street and installed the structured cabling as well. LCUB is the eighth-largest power provider among the 155 TVA power distributors. The new headquarters houses state-of-the-art operations, dispatch center, and a highly-secure data center.
